Sphere

The Sphere is the political group that serves as the Ascendancy’s closest advisers and confidants. One member is selected to represent the interests of each Dominance. They reside in Moscow, but have little in official authority. Their power and influence comes from the approximation to the Ascendancy.
Members of the Sphere bear the title of Privilege.
