Hmm, aren't the entourage-y characters more NPC than PPC?

Heh..Not really sure. Probably. *grin* I'm adding them to the wiki too.

I've taken one of ck, zoya and two's ideas and was given permission to run with it. These aren't so much for any given character they are part of a plot arc that I've run by Asc. I will not say they are PPC, but they are important characters to take note of and should be listed here as they might get played to further along THIS plot line. The plot arc is something that everyone can participate in no matter the character type. Some of the story parts have already started. I'll start posting a few articles to hint at the story line. And I'll definitely have one or two specific threads that will be open to whoever. If you want more details you can PM or hop in chat or shoot me an email. I'd love to have everyone participate.

Dr. Isaac Flynn



Dr Flynn is head of the Pandemic and Epidemic Diseases (PED) Department of the Health Security (HSE) Branch of the World Health Organization (WHO). Dr. Flynn has a PhD in microbiology and in genetics. He owns VaiaPlus, a top research facility in the medical field. Their research spans the cure to the common cold, cancer and the latest pandemic deemed 'the sickness'.

Victor Shcherbakov



A man of notable reputation and infamous techniques. He once worked for VaiaPlus in the cure for the common cold, his practices being question and deemed unethical lead to his termination and now is secret employment within VaiaPlus leading the facility in the underground city and being paid by Dr. Flynn personally for his ongoing research on the soviet era findings left with in the old bunker.

Alistair Pavlo



Leading Research Scientist for VaiaPlus on the Sickness. He is also working secretly with Dr. Flynn on various projects they found in the old soviet bunker, the first and foremost research under his control is that of a 'super soldier'.

Marta Gonzales



Marta is an eleven year old girl that was sold to the drug cartels by her Uncle Roberto when she was nine. Her father died when she was young and her parents were killed by her Uncle to prevent them from searching for her. She has many emotional scars - blaming herself for her parents death as well as her own fate at the brothel. In the early days of 2046, she was rescued from the brothel by Enrique Salguero and Jacinda Cross, and with nowhere else to go, she was taken in by Enrique as his own. Due to her own emotional scars and previous experiences with men, she is untrustworthy of her new father and seeks a way to make him throw her out.

Titled:
Heir apparent to the heir apparent to the Earl of Shaftesbury, a title that exists in name-only post-annexation. His grandfather, the 13th Earl of Shaftesbury, was one of many strong supporters of Great Britian's absorption into the CCD. However, like other members of the peerage, the family demanded to retain their traditional titles. This negotiation eventually worked to some extent.


Education:
He attended a local prep school during his youth followed by the Harrow School in London, and Trinity College, Cambridge. Anthropology held his fascination, and he pursued a career in the British Museum. His expeditions have taken him around the world.


Family:
Declan is divorced from a woman with whom he shared one child, a girl (age 6). He is a good, but wary father to her and sees her when he can. His relationship with his younger brother, Dane, is strained for causes unspoken. Declan believes a streak of insanity runs in their family, evidenced by the murder of the 10th Earl orchestrated at the hands of the 12th, his great-grandfather (unproven speculation). This belief likely predisposed him to think ill of his brother.


Personality:
Declan is organized, responsible and reliable. He values evidence over conjecture, personally and professionally but has a strong-sense of 'gut-feeling.' He typically believes he knows how to best manage any project or person. Otherwise, he is rather content with his life and feels fulfilled. He has a strong conscience and sense of morality that inevitably leads him to trouble, as he dislikes thinking of the world in shades of gray.


Appearance:
At 42 years old, Declan is trim and has the build of a marathon-runner. He has dark, curly hair, light brown eyes, high cheekbones and otherwise delicate features.

Thomas Romero

He admires hard work and that shows in his practice. Among all these attributes, he is an fair man. He expects to get paid for his work, but his clients know he will never cheat them. He will negotiate his rates, but his price varies on how dangerous he determines your case to be. If you disagree with his assessment and do not come to an agreement, you can find someone else to do.the job. He prefers to do things legally, but despite his former days, he is willing to break the law of absolutely necessary.

Irina Marveet




Irina Marveet is Scion Marveet's first wife and the mother of two of his children - Matvei and Jaxen. They were only married a few years and their divorce was quite bitter and long. Yet beneath the heat of their mutual anger at one another churned the passion that originally brought them together. She married and divorced two other men in the passing years, but was reunited with Scion long enough to have Jaxen.

Independent of Scion, Irina has a slightly shady reputation and a habit for untruthfulness. She has her own empire but hasn't been involved in the details of managing it for many years.

She's in her 60's. She has thick, dark hair with dignified streaks of gray. Her posture still holds the body of an athletic, if mature woman. In her prime she was the epitome of a strong, feminine beauty that still graces her striking presence.

Moving Alex to PPC (just letting everyone know officially. She'll only be used in Monster Squad stuffage and the occasional plot for Aria.) I didn't feel like really just killing her off, she's useful I just don't have the umph to write her often or think up things for her to do.

Kasun

Fierce gold eyes in a copper face, a tangled nest of black hair, the snap of white teeth. Ropey muscle, corded tightly with the tension of a predator estranged from pack. His humanity is fragile and emergent. He does not speak.
