The First Age

Gio and I were chatting about how it would be neat to see all of our Tav builds. If you have one and want to show them off, post below! I'll get started. 

SPOILERS for BG3 ending!! So if you dont know how the game might or could end, stay away!














This was my resist Dark Urge, Dao. A wood-elf monk who fell in love with Astarion and became his spawn. In my head, they go on to rule Baldur's Gate for a long time until the Urge came for her.

This was Rast. 

He was a human wizard with divination specialty. In my head he was previously a Red wizard of Thay who went searching for immortality. He encountered a witch or hag who cursed him with weakness of body and old age, which is why he's wrinkled with white hair and had a strength of like 8. 




In the end, he was power hungry. He aligned with everyone to get what he wanted then betrayed them all in the end to become the Absolute. He never romanced everyone because who needs love when power is so much better. He did manipulate Shadowheart into killing the Nightsong as well as helped Astarion Ascend. He told Gale he'd give him the Crown but lied in the end. He happily knife'd the emperor and said in the moment: "Bet you didn't know I was gonna do that, did yah, bitch." 

After the game progressed and he entered Act 3, using the astral tadpole, he got a darker makeover as his body was slowly failing. Hence his desperation for more power. 



In the end, he became the Absolute but was unable to resist ceremorphosis and ended up a mind flayer anyway. He's not mad about it.

This was Sil. 

She was a half-drow wood-elf Druid. Circle of the Stars subclass. This was the only picture I had of her. No particular backstory.

She fell in love with Wyll at first but then dumped him because he was OMG too sweet and too much for her. She ended up with Astarion in the end. They defeated the Absolute together but he did Ascend, so they go on to rule Baldur's Gate and she sits on his lap happily and likes it when he's rough. haha.

First and foremost is Aranea (on the right). She is a half wood-elf monk and a member of the Harper's faction. Her twin brother (Kieran) and her were taken by the Nautaloid, but he did not survive. She tries to live as much by the Harper's Code as possible, but has struggled with doing so from the anger and grief over her brother's death. In her pain, she connected with Shadowheart, sensing the other woman held a deep pain within her. The more she learned of Shar and her followers, the more she felt her friend didn't fit in with them, but she respected Shadowheart's faith even if she sometimes questioned it. Friendship turned into love and Aranea was able to convince Shadowheart to spare the Night song.  She was a moral support for Shadowheart as she struggled with finding her faith in Selune. In the end, they destroyed the Absolute and saved Baldur's gate from the Grand Design. Now Aranea and Shadowheart travel Faerun together, helping those in need. (My head canon is she convinced Shadowheart to join the Harpers).

This is Istryn, a drow Druid. He connected with Karlach because of their shared experiences of being ostracized due to their race and yup, are lovers. Haven't beaten the game with him yet, but he's generally a good guy and seeks balance between nature and civilization. He'll eventually go with Karlach to Avernus to try to find a way to fix her engine permanently.

This is Gio'Vanni (hehehe) a Githyanki Wild Magic Sorcerer. He's gonna be my embrace Dark Urge. Haven't done anything besides create him. He likes to watch the world burn.  Will be fun.
