Out of earshot, Raffe was more comfortable sharing what he knew.

The moniker was a fable amongst the underworld refugees, but no one of Cruz’s calibre would have reason to know it. Or so Raffe thought anyway. He hadn’t thought Manifesto was the sort of place Ezekiel would target, let alone have easy access to. “But Cruz, if you’re sure about this, where we’re going you… you might want to, ah… you might want to look a little less rich.” The undercity was tumultuous at the best of times, but right now especially, it was better not to remind of the divide.
