I went to send Thal a message in reply and got a dreaded inbox full message.
So I hunted, and the PM quota has been lifted.
If you see issues (you shouldn't anymore) let me know but should be able to keep all your messages now.

Yeah i lost it somewhere. And i just never got back to it. Wasn't important I'll resend when the brain is functioning again.
