To the victims of the cartels I have a message.
A message of hope. And even if I speak directly to the victims of the cartels - this applies to all who are oppressed.
Fear - they think it's there weapon against us. They want us to be afraid.
I know you are afraid. Even if you've escaped them. I'm afraid too.
But fear isn't their weapon you see. There is a reason they kept us drugged.
I have a secret.
THEY ARE AFRAID OF US!
Fear is ours.
I know my message may not reach those still within the grasp of the cartels.
I know that they keep you isolated from the world outside, but should my message reach you:
Know that those of us lucky enough to have escaped their grasp are with you.
