It still took over a week to switch, but I'm just glad they managed it within a reasonable time frame. Fortunately we didn't need the mac code either, since our old suppliers failed to provide it. I still don't understand why the whole thing was such a huge headache!

I'll be out of town from the 18th April to the 25th of May (possibly back sooner, not likely though) and will be without internet for the duration. Yayz.
