Despite his confidence, this was not a procedure that Kaelan wished to perform twice, not because he avoided the discomfort inflicted upon another, but because the work was difficult. By the time the bone opened itself, his bicep was burning with fatigue. The aspiration was easier, but delicate. Kaelan was entirely focused. A third reaction to the sensory stimulus was also noted. A milky white puddle glistened on the floor like foamy slime.
