I would certainly like to know who the damn dog belonged to.
She's healing slowly. We've been back every couple of days to the vets (who have been excellent) so they can keep an eye on her. Quite a big patch of skin has died, I guess from the pressure of the other dog's jaws. That's what's going to take the time; the other punctures and the deep bite where they sewed her up inside is pretty much there. She's going to look a sorry sight when the dead skin comes off totally (though so far as we can see where it's loose, the tissue underneath looks healthy) but none of it seems to bother her, she's back to her usual self.
