Jon would be on the side of the Light. He's not selfish enough for the Shadow to have any real sway over him. He'd might try to pull a double agent act off.
Drayson: Light. Like actively in support of the Light.
Jacques: Light.
Hood: Light. But not a likable Light-side sort. That angry, mean, violent (probably Borderlander) fellow that you're glad is on your side but is still perfectly willing/able to kill folks to get the job done. Also, fuck politics.
Katchina would definitely be on the side of the Light. She'd be on the front lines fighting the Shadow.

Both Manix and SynJyn would go light. Manix's sense of honor and justice and always trying to do thing "right". SynJyn is a "no brainier" he is already tied to the light side thru the horn.
I know, I know, the horn is neither light nor dark, but answers to whomever blows it, but all hero's were on the side of light.

Damien would be like Padan Fain (later books Padan Fain).
He would form his own side. The Light, the Dark and the Damien.
