A couple but they are sort of related to each other. I would do one or the other.

Either one would be sentient. The first is one who is completely confused about this strange ability he has. Does what he can to feel numb.

The other was either going to be a rock star or opera star that uses his sentience to help enhance his performances. (There is something I'd have to check with Asc about if I did this one)
