Little Brother's Roommate??
Cain heads over to Nox's apartment. There he meets the hacker, Sage. Sage introduces himself as Phaser, but Nox later reveals his true name. Sage and Cain have a somewhat strange interaction, which culminates in Sage ordering Cain a burner wallet, presumably through which Sage can keep tabs on Cain. Nox comes back the next day, and the two of them respond to Ascendancy's display of power in the Red Square before heading out on errands.
