Drayson's a good person, and as been noted willing to turn a blind eye to stuff. It'll all depend on what happens with Alric and Vladimir though how he feels towards Channelers.
It'd be illegal for him to provide something like that to Jensen, but if things don't go too sour with Alric's offer or with dealing with Vladimir, he may be open to the idea of a vigilante running around. His police can only do so much about the baddies running around.
