The First Age

This song is the instrumental personification of the relationship growing between Rowan, @"Regus", and @"Valeriya".

It sounds like a perilous dance. It is frantic but eloquent. It urges you on, but danger can be felt in the notes. It is cautious and eager. There is a climax in there and an afterglow. It is naive, but it sounds like a satyr chasing two maidens; and vise versa. The violin takes on a feminine tone after a time and it feels like you are following the journey of a strong, curious woman. she is triumphant and exultant in her discoveries she has made on her journey. The energy never lets up, mind, she is eventually swept up until she loses herself. She never stops asking questions, even if it spells her doom.

It's over 25 minutes long, but the version I listen to on Spotify is 12 minutes long, but for our purposes, only the first 3 minutes really matter...

Another one for Nhysa. I can't link two in the same post, but the song Lilith by the same band works pretty well for Ori too, though Alpha by Little Destroyer is still my go to for her at the moment.

Cheating a bit for Soren, I just really like this band and particularly this song. It does essentially list the runes he uses for saidin though.

As well as this one he was influenced by Mushroomhead's "We are the Truth" (especially the "there's a hunger yet no one's eating" lyric) and A7X's Nightmare is pretty apt too.
