The Emissary has been sighted all over the world, no one knows exactly where they reside or their true identity. Some suspect they may be more than one person.
The Emissary is the only remember of m'Antinomian that is known outside of their little community. Strange encounters always follow them around and a wave of viral stories follow wherever they've been spotted.
