Keys to the Kingdom
#6
Tech was always a bit strange. Bode didn't have the latest and greatest tech on her when she texted him, and it was far more difficult than it had to be to follow her around. She was paying him after all -- though she didn't quite understand what that meant for her, but she'd find out eventually. For now Sage worked on setting up the visual tracking system. If she was worth her weight as a con artist, which was what she was it turned out. Then she'd at least have some skills and it would be a fun challenge to keep track of her. But people forget about alot of little cameras, and he had a wide network thanks to Nox's free and open and roaming signal. The perks of being friends with a guy who walked everywhere or at the least road public transportation.

It wasn't too difficult to hack the security of the place she was staying and monitor the feeds. And it wasn't difficult to see when she left carrying a bag and the rest of whatever else she felt important -- too much. She was vacating the premisis -- The Emissary would be after her obviously.

Sage did a little premeptive cleaning and wiped her stay clean. The only thing he couldn't wipe was the guys memory whom she'd spoken to at the front desk. But nothing he could do about that. Sage followed her around digging deeper as the internet became much more aware of Bode's actions. Not so much her real name, but the things that m'Antinomin were hiding weren't so subltly hidden anymore. Alias abound, but he'd find a real name, and identity eventually. He just had to keep digging, and she had traded information for safety.

Sage sent a simple text to her.

Not so secret. No one knows you were there. But I gotta know, What's in the bag?

While he wasn't working with Nox and Ryder or delaying a man who was hunting a friend, Sage was watching Bode traverse town and eventually entered Manifesto. Continued here
