Jackson handed her her coat and she took it. Her mind was still occupied with Nox, but she wasn’t sure about leaving yet. She looked back towards where Nox was. ”I’ll be back,” she said to Jackson, her mind resolved.
She didn’t go back to Nox - she just went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror. Her eyes were still red from when she had cried. She took out her wallet and sent Elyse a text. She didn’t have Hayden’s number, but she was sure Elyse did.

Marta washed her face and then left the bathroom, finding Jackson again. ”Maybe we should wait for the others? They should be down soon?” she asked.
