How to Train Your Channeler
#8
This was turning into a nightmare. Zef heard nothing even as Eido claimed someone was coming. There were no noises other than those that the errant boy screamed and scuffed over the ground. "Quiet!" she demanded. He was worse than a dog. And less than one at this moment at least now he couldn't hurt anyone. It was the only good thing to come from his capture. He wasn't going to kill others of their kind or innocents.

Zef looked to Eido for a direction and she pulled her gun and pointed it into the darkness. She still heard nothing, or saw anything. "Don't come any closer." she said. It wouldn't be good to fire the gun in these confined tunnels but she wasn't about to be taken by surprise.
