She twitched and her head moved slightly. He came out of the dark angry cloud in which he had been biding his time. He clenched his jaw in anticipation as he straddled her and began to choke, only lightly at first. He wanted to see her eyes. It was all in the eyes.
They opened and for one brief and glorious moment, he was in pure orgasmic ecstasy. And then he was not. He was lying on a bed, looking into the face of death, pain fountaining from a thousand places. He was hanging from a chain, throat raw from screaming, heart weak and fear choking him.
