Can existing PC's be a Learner "retroactively"?
YES! We never had the chance for that to be an option when you submitted your bio's for current characters. If you want to make that char a learner, you can do so without changing your bio. When your character does start channeling, submit to me what their potential strength will be (remember, Learners are not as strong as Sparkers) and then update your profile fields with strength and ability information.
