MV had an interesting theory. Perhaps if they do go with Demmy, they'll merge him into a Taimandred story line! wouldn't that be funny.
But yeah you're right that the statue with the guitar is awful telling.... But Lanfear could give Couladin his false dragon tattoos if not Asmo.
