The showdown begins.. Aria lead the Regus and Martin to the hidden entrance and the Regus summons an Ijiraq to do his buiding. After parting ways with the myst creature the three Atharim descend into the depths of hell where they turn their new hightech weapons against the walls of Ascendancy's home. The Ascendancy's first blow to the walls upon a break in the ijiraq's feed sends the three Atharim flying into the surrounding walls but giving them a clear view of the Ascendancy. Aria gives Marcus the key to defeating the Ijiraq and betrays the Atharim in the process - the regus attacks her only to be ripped away by the now freed Ascendancy. Martin takes aim and fires into the Ascendancy. Aria enjoys the moment that she slips her sword between the ribs of Martin's body leaving him gasping for air before she collapses into unconsciousness.
