Jared let other people take the discussion after the paramedic spoke. Probably was a good idea to consult some sort of medical professional. She wasn’t a neurosurgeon, but she probably knew more about the body and its workings than most of the people here. Jared’s gaze turned to Nox. The other man was unreadable, and from what Jared understood this had something to do with his condition.
It was Juls idea though that had merit. What they were healing was something that connected them to someone else. Perhaps adding a bit of fire would seal it. It would be prudent to be careful doing this. Outwardly, Jared didn’t show the nerves he felt. They would essentially be playing with his brain. Also - the spirit with fire just seemed so simple. Still - sometimes simple worked.
”That seems like something we could try,” Jared said nodded at Juls. ”I should probably lead - I have experience at healing and at using the women’s source of the power. Would just need someone to start the link.” his voice held no hubris. It wasn’t about him, it was just prudent.
