Motel Nowhere

She didn't walk, but it wasn't a casual response. No biting words, no hesitation just a frenzied return of his kiss. Thoughts fled, all but one. It wasn't his even as he felt new bruises form against his legs with the table crashing behind him.

The horde scratched at his brain and Nox let them out a little more than he would have. Not full control -- but enough that they guided his hands, his mouth and the entirety of his body. The allure of their hunt going in the right direction -- Oriena was not foot despite the call of the blood pumping through the vein so close at hand.

The chain mail bit into his skin and a small gasp escaped Nox's lips. The heat touching his skin in their small scale like pattern made the horde growl, and escaped his lips as he let go of Oriena's neck to remove the offending garment. The horde didn't like the heat, but Nox hadn't minded the pain. It fueled his desires.

His last coherent thought was 'fucking leather pants' as he peeled them down before using the power to finish the deal and pulling Oriena back against his body and sitting back on the table, pushing whatever sat there to the back and sides -- nothing likely to survive.

The power was the only control he had over the horde, they feared it -- respected it. Their tiny bottled instincts flooded him with their instincts and the power was the only thing keeping Nox from ripping through skin in a frenzied passion. He didn't think, just felt, enjoyed, ravaged and ravished Oriena. His own desires, wants and needs still fueled the horde and the direction of his hands. It was still his.

His gasp brought a wicked grin to her lips. The growl just plain turned her on. As he yanked the shirt over his head, she felt the stinging tease of heat bite against her own skin, but he didn’t retaliate the game of power and pain. There was a bright carnal glaze in his eyes and the way he grabbed her, but she’d known the moment she’d pinned his wrist in the club what he wanted, and it wasn’t to be in control.

Ori took as easily as she gave. Patience wasn’t a virtue she planned on indulging tonight; she was climbing up on him almost before he’d ditched the leather pants. Neither of them were gentle in their attention. When she bit his lip it was to tease the aggression. When the glide of her fingers squeezed to nails it was to fuel the brutal desire until it burst like a supernova. For the moment at least, he was entirely hers.

He was eager to please and be pleased. She enjoyed using and being used. The harder he gripped the harder she moaned and the more intensely she incited him to forget his own boundaries. Fist wrapped in his hair, she pushed him where she needed, but denied nothing of his violent lusts in turn. There was a slick animal heat between them, and it was dirty and rough.

But it was Oriena in control.

She didn’t survey the carnage of the room by the time they were done. Her smirk was still sultry around the edges, but it was satiation not provocation, and the breath was still hard in her chest. She looked at him, but didn’t say anything as she pulled the damp hair from where it slicked to her neck. It didn’t need words. She left him to make use of his shower.

I'm the devil herself"

Nox lay on the bed a little dazed from their foray into carnal pleasures of the horde. They were satisfied. And there were no regrets floating through his mind. Whatever happened next wouldn't destroy him.

He watched as Oriena slipped into the motel bathroom. It at least had good pressure and the towels were clean. And he had the same accessories that were a staple in the club's bathroom. Everyone shared, it was just easier that way. And he liked the smell, it reminded him of home whatever that was now. Kallisti and Raffe were falling off the list and he hated the moments it felt like he'd never belong there. He hated hurting Raffe. Hated losing him. Losing his home. But in the moment he felt better than he had since the break up. The horde wasn't clawing at his brain. At least there was that.

The room was a wreck. Nothing broken thankfully. He'd hate to have to explain -- and then pay for the broken furniture, but his food hadn't survived and that made his stomach growl. There was nothing other than alcohol in the mini-fridge sadly. If this became a thing then he might have to remedy that.

Nox found the remains of his leather pants and sighed. That was a price he was willing to pay -- next time there was a frenzied night out of sex he'd have to dress in more accessible clothes. Nox wondered if there was another one, or what might happen afterwards. But he wasn't going to offer for her to stay -- breakfast or otherwise. Normally he'd leave. It'd been a while since he'd had to do that. His latest conquests had all been quick stops in a bathroom, or alley or wherever the girl wanted to get down and dirty. He definitely wasn't going home with the girls at the Almaz. Ori was welcome to stay. Nox's stomach rumbled and he sighed.

Nox pulled out the shorts and t-shirt from the drawers and shook out whatever wrinkles they'd accumulated and slipped them on.

He cleaned up the mess they'd made and neatly lay Ori's clothes on the bed. The room wasn't pristine, but it was at least presentable. He wasn't a neat freak but he was organized. Had to be when you lived out of a bag.

He knocked on the bathroom door and opened it. There was no view with the green shower curtain that hung in the bathroom to keep the floor dry. "I'm gonna grab some more food, there is a diner around the corner. Stay as long as you like." He wanted to say thank you. To be a sap. To feel more than just satisfied to tell her he'd appreciated everything -- everything. But Ori would likely despise the moment so he just let it hang with awkward knock on the door as he closed it.

Nox left knowing Ori might slip out, she might stay. It didn't matter. She'd been a safe place in the storm of his life -- she might be another port another time, and he'd take it if offered again. That's what it meant to be non-traditional friends he guessed. Unspoken words and strange kindnesses. She's made more of an impression than so many other people in his life. She would hate it but she was a friend he didn't want to alienate.
