In the books is it possible to do an illusion to match your voice to someone else? Can Jaxen channel a weave to make his voice sound like someone else?

I seem to remember the two BA hunters set to trying to figure out how Mesaana beat the oath rod. Turned out she created a weave that changed the words you spoke so that what you said and what they heard was different. If they can do that, and bend light so you can look like somone else (as Androl did with Taim) then Id iimagine you can change voices to match a persons.
